What should I do if my item is faulty?
We take pride in our quality and want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. If you discover a fault, please contact us with the order number, description and photograph of the fault and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible if you have made a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it. We can cancel or change orders free of charge before they are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, if you decide you no longer want the items, you will need to follow our normal returns process by contacting us for a returns number, and returning the items at your own cost for refund.
I’m missing an item from my order.
If an item is missing, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the name of the missing item. We’ll resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.
I have received the wrong items.
If the item(s) you have received is incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the name of the missing item(s). We’ll resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.
Can I use more than one promotional/discount code on my order?
No, don’t be greedy.
Occasionally we may release products on pre-order. If an item is on pre-order this will be stated clearly in the product title. The release date refers to the date the product will be shipped. If there is any change to the release date after you have placed your order, we will let you know by email and give you opportunity to cancel your order for refund if you no-longer want it. Pre-order items can only be purchased in stand alone orders – i.e. they cannot be purchased with any other items. If you wish to purchase multiple items you will need to make separate orders.
