What should I do if my item is faulty?
We take pride in our quality and want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. If you discover a fault, please contact us with the order number, description and photograph of the fault and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible if you have made a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it. We can cancel or change orders free of charge before they are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, if you decide you no longer want the items, you will need to follow our normal returns process by contacting us for a returns number, and returning the items at your own cost for refund.
I’m missing an item from my order.
If an item is missing, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the name of the missing item. We’ll resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.
I have received the wrong items.
If the item(s) you have received is incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the name of the missing item(s). We’ll resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.
Can I use more than one promotional/discount code on my order?
No, don’t be greedy. Please 🙂
Occasionally we may release products on pre-order. If an item is on pre-order it will be stated clearly in the product title. Payment will be taken upon placing your pre-order and the release date refers to the date the product will be shipped. Delivery will be either 3 working days following the release date stated, or the next working day if you have paid for Next Day delivery. If there is any change to the release date after you have placed your order, we will let you know by email and give you opportunity to cancel your order for refund if you no-longer want it. Pre-order items can only be purchased in stand alone orders – i.e. they cannot be purchased in the same order with other styles. If you wish to purchase multiple styles you will need to make separate orders. Please email us on email@example.com after placing your first order and we will provide a free delivery coupon code for subsequent orders so you can avoid paying multiple delivery charges.
Can I buy INDIVIDUAL MAN OR CUB PIECES?
We like our men to match so our website is set up to sell in bundles of at least one Man and Cub size. However, we understand that you may have reason to purchase individual pieces – your Cub may have grown, or may have lost their item. In this case please select from the drop down size menu on the product page ‘No MAN size required’. The price will automatically change and you can continue your order in the usual way. The same can be done in reverse for MAN only orders.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE MAN or CUB. HOW DO I ORDER FOR all of THEM?
Twins and multiples – next to the ‘CUB SIZE’ drop down menu on the product page there is a second drop down menu to select the quantity. As default this is populated to 1, but you can change it as required and the price will automatically change.
Cubs of different ages – underneath the ‘CUB SIZE’ drop down menu on the product page is an option to ‘add a different Cub size’. Select this option and a second ‘CUB SIZE’ drop down menu will appear for you to add an additional and different Cub size to your order. The quantity can be amended as required for each separate size. The same process can be used to add different Man sizes.
