How do I return something?

We hope you both love your MANCUB products, but, if needs be, items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a returns number and include this in the return package. Without a returns number we won’t be able to identify packages that arrive to our warehouse and will not be able to process your return.
We don’t offer free returns postage; customers are liable for their own return postage costs. The exception to this rule is the unlikely event that goods are faulty or damaged. We recommend using a recorded service, and our returns address is:MANCUB

Any items for return must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. If items are returned in any other state they will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to you.
Extended Returns Periods
Items ordered for Christmas between 20th November and 23rd December will be eligible for exchange or refund until 15th Jan. Items ordered for Father’s Day between 25th May and 19th June are eligible for exchange or refund until 28th June
When will I get my refund?
As soon as we’ve completed your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer. If you’ve sent a return and haven’t heard from us within 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
Sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund. If this is the case, get in touch and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible. Please note that we only refund the delivery charge on cancelled orders (before dispatch) or if the goods are faulty.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
We take pride in our quality and want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. If you discover a fault, please contact us with the order number, description and photograph of the fault and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
